Dan is our I.T. Manager. He is responsible for all our software, maintains our I.T. infrastucture and fixes the I.T. problems that the rest of us manage to cause.
John is the founder and a Director of Interax, he has been the head of our company from day one (1990!).
John has an extensive business background including that of a finance director of an Engineering company which was sold to Sony. He works alongside Dan to help with the software and create new solutions to our clients' needs.
Sara is one of our local home workers and has been with us since the beginning. Sara controls our royalty services and also does data entry and the managing of clients' day-to-day accounts.
Maggie is one of our local home workers, she deals with some of our larger clients and manages credit control.
Mel is our latest team member and is our Business Development Manager. She has recently graduated with a business degree and works on our sales and marketing, as well as customer care and quality control.
Sue is a Director of Interax and has been with us for over seven years. She has overall responsiblity for all aspects of our operations.
Val handles all filing and paperwork in the office. She has been with us for many years and manages a highly efficient and organised data system.
Michelle is one of our local home workers and specialises in property management and credit control. She also does data entry and trains new team members to use our extensive accounts software.
Becky handles the payroll and has a wide range of administrative roles. Becky also answers most of the calls so she is the 'voice of Interax'.
Mags has been here since the beginning and until recently has managed all financial administration. She now works part-time to keep the office fully stocked, tidy, clean and all of us in check!
Clare is our Accounts Manager and has been with us for many years. She deals with all aspects of financial and management accounts as well as client communications on a daily basis.
