Publishing Royalty Services
Interax provides a comprehensive Royalty service for publishers (e.g. book, music, electronic), ensuring that statements are produced regularly, on time and at a fixed cost.
We will maintain a library of all products (e.g. books, merchandise) and the detailed rules set out in the publishing contracts are codified. Sales data is imported directly from distributors, sales teams etc.
Royalty computations are made, and then statements are produced and distributed, all from our offices to save you time and expense. Detailed reports are provided to the publisher for integration into their accounting systems.
The service supports split Royalties, multi currency and retentions.
Interax will also deal directly, via a dedicated telephone number, with any customer calls from authors/artists/agents where computations are queried.
Where Interax also provides Management Accounting Services, the charges can be built in to a fixed monthly fee, or if you are accounting yourself there is a fixed charge per statement produced.
