Property Management
PROP is a PC program enabling the management of both Commercial and Residential property for either an individual Landlord or Property Management Companies operating on behalf of a number of Landlords.
This program may be installed on as many PCs as required (please see our FAQs for details of PC requirements), is fully integrated with our Management Accounting Services and is provided Free of Charge when used in conjunction with these services.
The program allows the logging of tenant and lease details, maintains an 'account' for each tenant with payment status and provides a range of reports. The overall status of the tenants may be monitored 'at a glance'.
It provides separate accounts for rent and other payments (service charges, ground rents etc). Notes may be attached to each tenant/property to keep a history of contact details and communications with them.
It also enables the scanning and archiving of documents (leases etc) against each property/tenant enabling easy retrieval of both current and historic information.
You may choose to run these programs yourself or Interax will provide the service for you.
