Working with internet based EPOS till systems we are able to integrate your daily sales figures directly in to your management accounts which, along with your online management accounts package, gives you access to up-to-date and accurate figures on your business from wherever you have an internet connection.
Your food and drink costs are routinely logged so that you can easily see your Gross Profit, and if you have a regular stock take the stock usage will be adjusted in line with the stock take. If you run a hotel we will link to your back-office reservation system so that your management accounts are always up-to-date.
Your payroll may be run weekly, 2 weekly, 4 weekly or monthly and again the figures are posted directly to your management accounts.
Your management accounts may be viewed by the day, week or month and you can drill down to a transactional level allowing you to trace all movement.
In all cases your balance sheet will show your overall cash reconciliation month by month, fully reconciled to your bank.
