Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
At Interax we provide businesses with two bespoke software packages, specially tailored for the Construction Industry. Both fully integrate with our online Management Accounting services and may be installed on as many PCs as required.
They are also provided Free of Charge when used in conjunction with our Management Accounting services (please see our FAQs for details of PC requirements).
CISMAN is a PC program that is used to record subcontractor payments, retentions and VAT as well as producing CIS Tax Certificates for the subcontractor.
It allows the logging of Subcontractors' tax details and VAT status along with providing a range of reports based on Tax Month, Subcontractor, Job etc.
JOBMON is a PC program which records details of jobs/contracts.
It provides a comprehensive record of contract values, variation, application for payments, payments, retentions etc.
Materials and other costs can be allocated to jobs, and labour information is integrated seamlessly from CISMAN. It provides a graphical overview of the jobs showing payments received against labour and material costs. It also provides financial reports for each job and enables the scanning and archiving of documents against each job enabling easy retreival of both current and historic jobs.
